"These are legitimately rocks, no actual human could possibly enjoy this 2 inch wide slate of stone. Also apparently you can’t exchange these if you use them, as if there was any other way to determine if you like a pillow. When upgrading from a queen

"When upgrading from a queen bed with standard pillows to a king bed needing king pillows, my best solution was to improve on what I had slept on for years, which was a standard Casper foam pillow. This pillow is thinner than I expected but still perfectly supportive for side sleeping. The cooling feature does make a difference, in comparing it to what I slept on previously. The foam consistency and floppiness remind me of the foam rubber pillow I had as a kid, but better."

Do I need to fluff my Foam Pillow? How can I keep the pillow fresh?

No, foam pillow does not need to be fluffed. Our foam pillow was designed for durable support, so without any fluffing you can be sure that your pillow will support you night after night — maintaining proper spinal alignment. There are no industry standards for foam pillow durability, so we created one ourselves modeled after the industry standard for mattress durability.

We essentially pounded a 10lbs weight onto the foam pillow for 100K cycles to see if there was any indentation or degradation of the foams. Happy to say, there was none and our foam pillow lasted 100K cycles of a weight repeatedly hitting the same spot over and over again.

How do I choose the right pillow for me?

When shopping around for the perfect pillow, there are a few key things to keep in mind:

Pillow Loft: This is the compressed height of the pillow when your head is resting on it. You’ll typically find low, or medium loft options.
Firmness of pillow material: Different materials will vary in firmness. How firm you prefer your pillow can play a role in your personal comfort level.
The firmness of your mattress: This is a very important factor that shouldn’t be overlooked. The softer your mattress is, the lower your pillow should be.
Your normal sleeping position: Your go-to sleeping position will determine the ideal pillow loft for you. Typically, you will need a higher loft pillow when you sleep more on your side compared to on your back.
Your weight and shoulder width: The width of your shoulders and your weight can help you determine the pillow loft you should be looking for. The wider your shoulders, the higher your pillow should be. Likewise, the heavier you are, the more likely you are to sink into the mattress which will leave you needing a lower pillow.
